I loved how unique Tour of Duty by William H. Coles is; unlike most books in its category, it provides the reader with a unique glimpse of the day-to-day lives of military personnel outside of combat. The insights are educational and entertaining. The book is a page-turner, and William has found a way to utilize significant suspense. I also loved how the characters are developed; the language used in the book is easy to understand and leaves no room for confusion for the reader.
